The personal data we collect and process includes your name, email address and telephone number. We do this so that we can reply to your enquiry and provide you with any services you request.

Our website utilises Google Analytics which through tracking cookies stores data about visitors to our website, the most personal of which is their IP address but we do not have access to this. We also collect data related to successful conversions of users finding us through paid media such as Google Adwords. If you complete a profiling tool such as Myers Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) as part of your assignment with Up Front your email address will be shared with the Myers Briggs Company (or other provider agreed with you) so that you can complete the tool online. Up Front will receive a digital copy of your report which will be shared with you after your feedback session.
